Purpose of Presidential Roundtable

This organization shall serve as an ad-hoc committee of the SGA. The main purpose shall be to serve as an advising body to the student body President and foster communication among student organizations. Student organizations are required to attend 2 out of 3 meetings each semester in order to secure funding for the following semester. Student organizations must send at least 1 representative.

* Student organizations whose accounts were frozen due to delinquent attendance in the Spring 08 semester must attend 3 meetings instead of 2 for the Fall 08. The Fall Leadership Conference counted as one Presidential Roundtable meeting.

• The SGA has money available for co-sponsorships. Student organizations interested in having the SGA co-sponsor thier event should contact the chair (sgapresident@vcu.edu). Co-sponsorships could include either money, or advertising space in the Commonwealth Times.
• The SGA also has a display case where student organization events can be displayed. These events should be co-sponsored by the SGA. For more information contact the chair at sgapresident@vcu.edu.
